Armia’s squad for the upcoming World Cup qualifier against Austria in Stuttgart, Germany, will be made up of all the country’s best players.
The squad will train on Tuesday and Wednesday, including players from the two national teams, according to the club’s official website.
“It’s a big day for the entire Armia family.
We’re going to be a strong, united squad and I’m proud to have them join us.
I’ve been told that we have a good team here,” the squad’s head coach, Marco Di Francesco, said.
With Italy facing the Germans, the hosts will take on a squad that is likely to feature several players from both nations, including Alessandro Giambattista Scolari, Leonardo Bonucci, Giorgio Chiellini, Gennaro Gattuso, Graziano Pelle and Alessandro Nesta.
Giambatta Scolaris, the former Italy Under-21 captain, has been named as a captain for the trip to Germany.
There are also two more players on the squad that will be familiar to fans of the national teams.
Marco Di Francesca, who was in charge of the senior side for many of the World Cup qualifiers, will take over as the coach for the first time in the squad.
He was previously the captain of the Italian national team for the 2014 World Cup, when Italy finished third.
Di Francesca will be able to rely on a team that he coached in the 2014 Copa del Rey final, when the national side won the tournament after beating Spain 2-0.
Despite the departure of Di Francescias assistant Giorgia Paladino, the Italy squad has a number of players that were part of the squad at the 2015 World Cup.
Italy has not qualified for the 2019 World Cup after failing to qualify for the 2018 tournament in Russia, although it is currently on course for the third-place finish.
They are also facing a team from the North American Soccer League, which will take the place of the USL side that had already qualified for World Cup 2019.
According to Di Francescis team, this season’s squad is a group of youngsters, with players such as Gianluca Di Marzio, Mario Bonucci and Giorgi Gabbiadini.
It is also believed that several players who played in the Europa League are still in the mix for the World Cups next two.
But for the squad, this is only the start of a new phase of the season, as the squad has already been training with the U.S. Army squad at Fort Irwin, California.
During their training camp, the Americans will play matches in the Arizona desert.
As the squad continues to train, it is likely that the first two games will be played in Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona.
